1. When you first enter the Budget Maintenance option a Select An Option window will appear; from the list, select the account and cost center you would like to delete.
2. Command options will appear. Select Delete. The budgeted amounts are now deleted.
Note: You cannot delete a budget if records associated with the budget are found in the system history.
